Woman arrested on charge of assaulting her minor Step-daughter in Nawalparasi East

Police arrested a 28-year-old Shanti Tamang on August 24 on the charge of brutally beating and injuring her 6-Year-old step-daughter in Kawasoti Municipality-16. According to the police, the victim's side filed a verbal complaint against the accused. The victim sustained a serious injury on both knees and her two tooths were broken. The injured is being treated at Madhyabindu hospital.
