Police arrested 35-year-old Ashok Kumar Jaiswal and 18-year-old Krishna Jaisawal of Uttar Pradesh, India on the charge of murdering 83-year-old Lal Bahadaur Lama of Madibajar Sindhuli. Both the accused used to beg for living at Madibajar in Kamalamai Municipality. The dead body of deceased was recovered from waiting station near the bus park on September 15.
The body was sent for postmortem on the same day at district hospital and handed to the relatives to perform final rituals. Post mortem report mentioned about the mark of injury on the deceased head. The brother of deceased, Ram Bahadur Lama filed case against the two on the same day. Police arrested both the accused and started an investigation by taking permission from court to keep them in custody for 5 days.
