Police arrested 53-year-old Top Bahadur KC of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolis-4 and 19-year-old Shankar Dangi of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolis-4 on October 4 on the charge of beating the headmaster of Deepajyoti Basic School Ghoraneti. The victim lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office, Tulsipur on October 2 alleging that the accused had beaten KC while he was returning home from work. According to the victim, his left eye was injured and one of his teeth was broken. The victim was treated at Rapti Eye Hospital, Rakshachaur and Rapti Provincial Hospital on October 3.
