Police arrested 37-year-old Dhiraj Shrestha of Bhaktapur, Madhyapur Thimi Municipality-6, and 29-year-old Rasila Awal of Changunarayan municipality-1, Saraswatikhel, on October 3,  on the charge of abducting a 30-year-old woman by threatening her and keeping her hostage. Nirman Bomjan,  husband of the victim, resident of Chandragiri municipality-3,filed a complaint against the accused on October 1, on the case of abduction. The police rescued the victim from Rashila Awal's house, Changunarayan municipality-1, Sarasawtikhel, on October 3.
