On the pretext of cutting a pipe at a watermill in Salyan, a man was brutally beaten with his hands and feet tied. Three youths from the Darma Rural Municipality-5 in the Salyan district were in a partnership to run the watermill. According to the District Police Office in Salyan, Jeevan Bahadur Khadka, one of the three youths was beaten by his two partners after he cut the pipe during a dispute. A police team has rescued the injured and sent them to Nepalgunj for treatment. Police said that they have arrested two persons involved in the assault.
