The District Police Office, Saptari registered a complaint of indecent treatment and physical assault on October 25, against 21-year-old Gautam Kumar Yadav, 26-year-old  Ramananda Yadav alias Pappu, and 28-year-old Sunil Kumar Yadav of Bishnupur Rural Municipality-1. They are accused of assaulting and verbally abusing  Mahesh Kumar Yadav, a 37-year-old teacher of Janata High School Khurhuriya in Bishnupur Rural Municipality-1.

The victim Mahesh has alleged that Gautam, who had come to enrol in class 11 while the school was operating, was abusive and abusive during the discussion. He further alleged that the accused had beaten him while he was returning from school after the incident.
