The Supreme Court administration has barred journalists from entering the court. Security has been beefed up at the court premises amid mounting pressure on Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabara to resign. The security personnel have been obstructing the media personnel saying that the documents were not delivered or the identity card was not valid.
The admitted journalists were not allowed to enter the only sitting on October 27. Chief justice Jabara had given judgements on five cases in his single sitting while other judges demanding his resignatio were engaged in internal discussions. But the media personnel were not allowed to enter.
