Police arrested Kiran Saud, an 18-year-old resident of Thekipur in Bhajani Municipality-3 on October 30 on the charge of murdering Anup Saud of Tikapur Municipality-8 in Kalimati. According to the police, there was an argument between Kiran and Anup on October 29. During the altercation, Kiran attacked Anup with a sharp weapon and injured him. The injured Anup died at night while undergoing treatment at Tikapur Hospital, according to police.
