Rautahat, November 15
Two children died in a suspicious poisoning case in Tikuliya, Dewahi Gonahi rural municipality-5 of the Rautahat district in southern Nepal, on Monday.
The victims have been identified as Aakash Mukhiya (5) and his brother Bikas (4), sons of Sanjaya Mukhiya. They breathed their last while being taken to Birgunj of the Parsa district for further treatment.
Earlier, the families had taken them to a local health facility in Garuda, which referred the case to Birgunj.
The family says some of their neighbours poisoned the kids due to a previous dispute with the family.
