The dead body of 14 years old Nischal Raya was found in November-8 at the bank of the Singhiya river, three days after he went missing. The body was found three kilometers from his house in BUdhiganga rural municipality-5, Lichi Bagaincha Tole. 

The father of the deceased, Upendra said that the body recovered had a fractured neck, marks of tied rope at thighs, and shoe marks at the chest. He claimed that his son didn't die by drowning in the water while swimming, rather he was murdered after being kidnapped. 

Upendra is also a provincial member of Maoist center-Province 1 a leader of the labor wing of the party.  He suspected that his son might be murdered due to political and family enmity. Police mentioned that they are investigating the case and further clarity will come after the postmortem report comes out.
