Accused Shobha Kumari Bohara has been remanded in custody at the District Jail, Dailekh on the basis of a complaint filed by the victim in a human trafficking and smuggling case. After the investigation into the human trafficking and smuggling case was completed, Bohara was sent to the district court in Dailekh through the government prosecutor's office and remanded in custody for trial.

The victim had lodged a complaint on October 29 in the case of human trafficking and smuggling.  The victim had filed a case alleging that she was trafficked from Jhapa to Dailekh via Kathmandu.
