Kiran Kumari Mehata, 18, of Rajgunj Sinwari VDC-4 has filed a complaint against her father Mohan Yadav, 65, and brothers Babu Nandan Yadav, 35, and Bhuwaneshwar Yadav, 29, at District Court, Sunsari on August 12 accusing them of domestic violence. She had claimed in her case that they were repeatedly inflicting mental torture on her and depriving her of food and clothing. Kiran, who is unmarried, claimed that her father and the brothers were neglecting, thrashing and torturing her, court staff Benu Subedi said adding that it was an unusual case which the plaintiff was a young woman while her father and brothers as the defendants.
