Sindhupalchok, Balatkar ko arop ma ek kisor giraftar. A 16-year-old boy of Irkhu VDC-7 has been arrested by the police on August 11 on charge of raping 12-year-old girl. The boy is accused of raping the girl while she was cutting grass alone. A complaint was lodged against him at district police office on August 11 by the victim. She underwent a health checkup at Chautara Hospital on the same day. The victim is kept at a rehabilitation center. The accused has been arrested for investigation according to the police.
