Morang police arrested a couple on the charge of murdering a 21-month-old girl. Saini Urawan and his wife Sangita of Rangeli Municipality-2 were arrested on charges of killing their  21-month-old niece  Unisha and burning her body by digging a hole. Unisha, was the daughter of local Chandra Urawan. The Rangeli Area Police Office arrested the two on the charge of murdering the girl and started an investigation on December 20.

Unisha, who went missing on December 12, was found dead in a 2 feet deep pit about 100 meters away from her house, three days after her disappearance. Few pieces of clothes were also found in the pit. Police started investigating based on that evidence. According to the police, the couple was arrested after a preliminary investigation revealed that the relatives were involved in the incident. Police said that the reason behind their killing has not been revealed yet.
