Youth attacks his friend with Khukuri over a dispute in Kathmandu

21-year-old Shani Tamang of Ramechhap attacked his friend Subash Tamang of Dolakha with a khukuri during a dispute between them at Sheshmati Lambagar of Tarkeshwor Municipality in Kathmandu on December 25. The injured is undergoing treatment at the National Trauma Center.Sai Padam Awasthi of Nepal Police working in Dharmasthali of the Metropolitan Police Division was attacked with a khukuri at midnight on December 25 while he was going to arrest Shani Tamang. He sustained serious head injuries and is undergoing treatment at Nepal Police Hospital.
