THT ONLINE, DADELDHURA: Three children have gone missing when the Ruwakhola River swept them away while crossing it in Asigram VDC-8 of the district on Friday. District Police Office, Dadeldhura identified the missing children as Sabitra Deuba, Bhagwati Deuba and Chandra Deuba. Police said that they were the students of Asigram Higher Secondary School. The incident occurred when they were heading towards their school. According Padam Raj Joshi, a teacher at the Asigram Higher Secondary School, sudden flash floods triggered by torrential rainfall swept them away this morning. He said that the children were compelled to cross the river due to absence of bridge. Locals with the help of police personnel are searching for the missing children since this morning.
