Dhruba BK, 26, of Dihidanda in Arghakhanchi District and currently living in a rented room at Baglung Municipality-1 has been arrested by the police on August 22 on charge of raping a 15-year-old girl. The victim's family had lodged a complaint at district police office on August 22 accusing him of raping the girl after luring her while she was returning home from the school. She underwent a health checkup at Dhaulagiri Zonal hospital which confirmed rape after which the accused has been arrested for further investigation, said Information officer Shailendra Khadka of DPO.
