Two people were injured in a clash between cadres of Nepali Congress and CPN (Maoist Cadres) in Purchaudi municipality-5, on May 11. Gopal Bohara, a Nepali Congress cadre and Nar Bahadur Bohara a CPN (Maoist Center) candidate for ward chairperson sustained injury to their head according to District Police Office Baitadi. They are undergoing treatment in Dhangadhi.
