Police arrested Sunil Tamang, 24, of Khaniyawas, Dhading, Sandeep Tamang, 20, of Bidur Municipality 9, Nuwakot, Vishal Tamang, 25, and Saroj Lama, 24 on June 3, on the charge of murder of 25-year-old Kumar Shiva Bhakta of Bidur municipality-9. According to the police, the dead body of the victim was recovered on June 2 and the complaint was lodged by his brother Shree Krishna Shiva Bhakta on the same day. The relatives and the family agreed on conducting final rites of the victim following an agreement to investigate and to take legal action against the accused.
