Mugu/ September 1 A complaint has been filed against Kal Bahadur Malla, 46, of Shreenagar VDC-4 at District Police Office on September 1 on charge of trying to rape a 34-year-old woman. According to her, Malla tried to rape her on August 28 as she was alone at home and that she managed to flee with the help of her neighbor. Inspector Mitra Bahadur Acharya of DPO, Mugu said that the accused had been arrested and that the police was investigating the case.
