Police arrested a security guard of the under-constructed house on June 23, under the suspicion of murdering Ful Maya Sunuwar, a 40-year-old woman in Budhanilkantha municipality-8. According to the police, the dead body of the victim was recovered on June 22, on the ground floor of the under-constructed building. Police alleged that the accused was in the same building as the dead body of the victim was found.
