Four communist party stages torch rally in Kathmandu against MCC and SPP

CPN-Maoist led by Netra Bikram Chand, CPN-UML led by Rishi kattel, Scientific socialist party led by Aahuti, and CPN- Maoist led by Karnajit Budhathorki staged a torch rally in Kathmandu on July 31 against MCC(Millennium Challenge Corporation) and SPP (State Partnership Program). Protestors at the rally accused the government of passing MCC from the parliament in a deceiving manner.
