The Citizenshipless Struggle Committee Nepal staged a demonstration in Maitighar Mandala of Kathmandu on August 17, agitating after President Bidya Devi Bhandari returned the amendment bill on Citizenship Act to the federal parliament for a review. The demonstrators displayed placards and chanted slogans against the amendment bill on Citizenship Act to the federal parliament was returned back for review.
