Nepal Worker Peasants Party (Nemakipa) took out a protest rally in Baneshwor of Kathamndu on August 18 protesting against the citizenship amendment bill. Participants at the rally chanted various slogans claiming that the bill was anti-national. Nemakipa states that the bill was introduced by the influence of foreign state.
