Police arrested four person affiliated with the Citizenshipless Struggle Committee which staged a demonstration in Maitighar Mandala of Kathmandu on  September 12 condemning the delay by the President of Nepal in ratifying the Citizenship Bill. According to Indrajit Safi of the struggle committee, police immediately intervened at the protest of the group after they reached Maitighar. The Citizen bill has reached the President's court after passing through both houses of the parliament.
