Lauranglal Tharu a 45-year-old man of Barbardiya municipality-11 in Bardiya murdered his 20-year-old son Bibek Tharu while under the influence of alcohol. According to the police, the accused attacked the victim with a broken beer bottle into his stomach during a minor dispute on the night of September 28. The victim lost his life while being taken to the hospital. Police are further investigating the incident.
