Police have arrested Patharman Rai, 42-year-old, from Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi municipality-13 of Khotan on the charge of murder of his 59-year-old uncle Man Bahadur Rai. According to the police, the accused killed the victim by attacking him with a sharp weapon on October 29.
