Nepali Congress cadres vandalized the vehicle of Bhanu Bhakta Pandey, the ward chairperson of Sainamaina municipality-9 in Rupandehi while he was on his way to Tamnagar from Sainamaina  on October 27. According to Pandey, 32-year-old Kasis Shrestha of Sainamaina municipality-2, 35-year-old Rajan Kala Magar of Sainamaina municipality-4, and 28-year-old Arjun Bhusal of Sainamaina municipality-5 who came on motorcycles stopped his vehicle and vandalized it fully damaging the  front window-pane of his vehicle bearing plate number Province 3-01-23-8402. According to inspector Jiwan Lamichhane of Area Police Office Ranyaura Murgiya, a complaint was filed stating that the accused had vandalized the vehicle with beer bottles.
