Police recovered the dead body of Sanjay Raut alias Puppa, a 50-year-old man from Kanchanrup municipality-1 in Saptari on November 29. According to the police, the accused's throat was found slit suggesting that he was murdered. His body was recovered 150 meters away from his home.  Police are further investigating to identify the motive and the perpetrators of the murder.
