Morang/ September 21 A 12-year-old girl has filed a complaint against her distant relative Gopal, 53, of Biratnagar at District Police Office on September 21. According to her, the accused had been raped her for the last one year. DSP Shambu Prasad Dhakal said that the police were investigating the case. The accused remains absconding.
