Pradip Kumar Mahato, a 23-year-old  journalist of Nawalpur Today Online Portal and Netra Daily paper was physically assaulted by Chandan Yadav a 20-year-old, son of Nawarajpur rural municipality,  19-year-old boy Amit Yadav, and 18-year-old Pappu Yadav an  on November 28 in Sakhuwannkarkatti rural municipality-5 during a Bibahapanchami festival.  The victim alleged that the accused physically assaulted him when he tried to take photos and videos of the government's vehicle which was used during a holiday. The motorcycle bearing number plate of Pra 1001 Wa 0323 was being used during a public holiday and when Mahato questioned the youths including the rural municipality chairperson's son riding the motorcycle, they assaulted him. The victim alleged that the police refused to register his complaint against the assailants.
