Police arrested Bhagwan Dutta Yada a 25-year-old man of Khadka municipality-1 on January 8 on the charge of abducting Bikeshwor Yadav a 35-year-old man of Bade Basain municipality-9 and holding his hostage. Bhagwan has been accused of abducting Hari Yadav,45, Prakash Yadav, 26, Ram Narayan Yada, 46, and other 3-4 whose name is yet to be disclosed. The father of Bikeshwor lodged the complaint against the accused on September 21, 2022, alleging that he was abducted by the accused on September 18, 2022 night by the accused. 

The victim alleged that the accused abducted him while he was returning from Kalyanpur Bazar by physically assaulting and threatening him. The accused who were in a red vehicle numbered Na.57 pa 6564 and a honda shine motorcycle abducted him and attempted to traffic him in India.
