Journalist Kulendra Bahadur Shahi affiliated with Darshan Khabar has accused the chairperson of Shivalaya Rural Municipality in Jajarkot Sher Bahadur Shahi of issuing death threats against him regarding a news report. According to journalist Kulendra, the rural municipality chairperson made the threat when Kulendra contacted him regarding the issue of the appointment of an employee at Shivalaya rural municipality-4 based health post without issuing a public vacancy announcement. According to the journalist, the Chairperson recruited his own wife for the post without following proper procedures.
