Muna Dahal, mother of Ashok Dahal a 15-year-old boy of Diprung chuichumma rural municipality-1 has accused Parsuram Basola a 36-year-old police constable, and 24-year-old Sagar Rai of physically assaulting Dahala on February 13. According to Muna, both police were under the influence of alcohol and drugs and physically assaulted her son by taking him to a Shiva temple.

Whereas, the police refused the allegation alleging that the accused and the victim lived under the same roof and as they were being playful they only pushed him without the intention of hurting him. And he further added when the alleged victim agitated and brought Khukuri to attack policemen the situation turned tense.
