Police arrested Prushottamm Baniya a 37-year-old man of Dhunibesi municipality-6 in Dhading on February 26 on the charge of murdering Balaram Upreti an 84-year-old man of Dhnunibesi municipality-7. According to the police, the accused who went to the house of the victim to loot the old-age allowance on February 22 night physically assaulted the victim and injured him. The victim lost his life while undergoing medical treatment at the hospital.
