Police have arrested a person on the charge of murder in Doti. The arrested has been identified as 35-year-old Dabal Shetti of Purbichauki rural municipality. Police arrested Shetti on March 5 evening on the charge of beating to death 35-year-old Raji Saud of Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city-17 in Kailali working as a labour at a school in Purbichauki.
