Students affiliated to Netra Bikram Chand led Nepal Communist Party padlocked Mahendra Multiple Campus in Ghorahi of Dang from March 14 accusing the campus administration of distributing blank identity card forms to students with the purpose of influencing the upcoming Free Student Union election.
