Police arrested Ram Binek Yadav a 40-year-old man on the charge of physically assaulting Abinas Paswan a 16-year-old boy of Gaushala municipality-1 and hurling based insults towards him for eating the feast supposedly for the upper caste. The victim's side lodged the complaint against he accused on May 10.
