Myagdi/ October 28 Police have arrested and obtained extension of his custody, Rudra Bahadur Kisan, 30, of Babiyachaur VDC-7 and currently living in Beni on October 26 for investigation. He has been charged of attempting to rape a 32-year-old woman and was arrested on October 19. He was remanded for investigation through district court on October 26. The victim had lodged an FIR at police office on the same day the incident occurred and was arrested by the police on the same day. DSP Janardan GC of DPO said that the accused is under investigation. On October 19, accused and victim both had a health checkup at District Hospital.
