Saptari, Mahila ko sab fela, balatkar pachi hatya bhayeko huna sakne prahari ko bhanai. Body of an unidentified woman has been found at a river bank in Madhupatti VDC-9 on November 8. According to District Police Office, the body of woman, around 22-year-old, was found beside a river north of the highway section at Madhupatti VDC-9. Police suspect that the woman might have been murdered after rape as her body had wounds all over body. DSP Kedar Dhakal said that the body has been kept at Lahan-based Ram Kumar Umaprasad Memorial Hospital for post-mortem. He added that further investigation was ongoing into the incident.
