Morang, balatkaarka aropit giraftaar. Morang/ November 14 Rohit BK, 40, of Darwesha VDC-4 has been arrested by the police on November 13 on charge of raping a 12-year-old girl. A complaint lodged by the victim stated that she was raped by the accused on November 6 in an inebriated state, said police. She underwent a health checkup on November 13 at Koshi zonal hospital in Biratnagar. The accused will be charged under rape, said inspector Narendra Kunwar of area police office, Rangeli.
