Radhika Paudel, 28, nuwakot district khadkabhanjyan VDC temporarily staying at kathmandu -24 makkhan, filed a complaint against her husband Raju Paudel on 13th november on women and children rehabilation centre asking for security on 16 november victim accused her husband for beating her whenever she talks to anyone . she also added that she wasn't allowed to get out of the home.
