Sindhupalchok, Balika balatkar ghatana aropit giraftar. Dorje Tamang, 28, of Batase VDC-9, Khale has been arrested by police on November 17 on charge of raping a 15-year-old girl. District police office of Sindhupalchok had registered the complaint on July 29 based on the complaint lodged by the victim on July 28. The accused was at large; however, the police registered the case at district court on August 22. He is accused of raping the girl on July 26 at Hiplu Pakha of Batase VDC-9 while she was cutting grass. The victim underwent health checkup at Chautara hospital on July 28 and is kept at rehabilitation center.
