org SMS Alert : Kathmandu ,Baalika balatkaar ka doshi lai 16 barsha kaidh. District court of Kathmandu has sentenced 16 year imprisonment to two rapists. A single bench of district court judge Pashupati Acharya on December 1 also ruled that Rabin Chalise of Kathmandu Metropolis-4 and Rabin Shrestha of same metropolis-16 should provide Rs 100,000 each as compensation amount to the victim. The district court issued the verdict convicting the duo of raping the three girls with psychological disability. The victims, testifying at court, said that Chalise who is the chairperson of the student's association of Bal Mandir and Project chief Shrestha raped them at various occasions after showing them porn movies in bath room and library of the Bal Mandir. The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) had arrested both the accused on May this year for investigation. The CIB had registered rape case against them at district court on July 13.
