December 13, Bhawana Niraula, 26, of Aiselukharka VDC-1 has filed a complaint against her husband Bhakta Bahadur Niraula, 28, on December 13 asking for action against him. The complaint filed against Civil Support Cell in District Police Office on December 13. She says in her complaint that since her marriage 10 years ago, he had been torturing her and physically abusing her. She said she was facing problems as he was not providing financial support for her too. ASI Manoj Yadav said the husband would be summoned for discussion.
