District Police Office’s SP Tek Bahadur Gurung informed that he was arrested at around 7 pm at his hiding in the house of Mani Sundar Rai at Sugachari of Siddhipur VDC-4. Rai is accused of raping the girl in a field after alluring her with a chocolate on October 12. The girl’s family filed the FIR against Rai at APO Beltar on October 19.
