Sindhupalchok, Samuhik balatkar ko arop ma giraftar. Police have arrested Prem Bahadur Sarki, 22, and Gokul Nepali, 21, of of Sipapokhare VDC-7 on December 16 on charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. They were accused of raping the girl at her home on the night of December 11. The victim underwent health checkup at Chautara Hospital on December 12. Area Police Office of Nawalpur registered the complaint lodged by the victim’s family on December 12. The incident is under investigation said inspector Rupak Khadka of DPO. N
