The Netra Bikram Chand led CPN Maoist has announced a strike against private educational institutions saying that they have failed to implement the previous agreement to change western names and make adjustments in the fee. The meeting of the party's central committee also accused the government of failing to monitor the effective implementation of the agreement made on fee adjustment.
