A person was killed after he was attacked with a knife in Majhphant VDC-5 in the district on Friday night. The deceased has been identified as Nar Bahadur Pariyar (19) of the same place. The incident took place when Raju Pariyar (19) of the same VDC attacked Nar Bahadur with a knife over a minor dispute. Both of them had consumed alcohol, it is learned. He died while undergoing treatment at Beni Hospital, police added. Police have arrested the accused Nar Bahadur for further action.
