Photo Journalist Ashok Dulal has been threatened by the principal of a school in Chapagaun, Lalitpur for publishing the photo of red sticker stamped in the school building by District Education Office. After the earthquake the government has classified the intensity of damage in buildings by stamping red, yellow and green stickers, red signifying unsafe. The principal of Bajra Barahi Higher Secondary school in Bajra Barahi Rameshwor Maharjan and fellow teachers of the school threatened the photojournalist for publishing a photo of students being taught in the unsafe building of the school. According to Dulal teachers of the school held him captive for a few hours and threatened to kill him.
